Nicholas “Nico” Fennema brings more than a decade of experience in finance and real estate, including over $200 million in Texas real estate transactions. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with additional studies in international finance at University of Alcalá, he began his career at Lone Star Funds / Hudson Advisors and later worked at Ryan LLC, developing expertise in institutional investing, financial analysis, and risk management. At ARK Financial Management, Nico focuses on helping clients build long-term, practical financial strategies centered on disciplined growth and capital preservation. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, staying active, and spending time with his dog, Zeke.
